Lead Statuses

Creating your Lead Statuses allows you to track your lead outreach program however you’d prefer. You have the freedom to create statuses for every touchpoint, stage, and offer. These statuses can be used to track leads and to generate lists, allowing the creation and distribution of extremely specific content.

Reach comes preloaded with the following four lead statuses

  1. Open
  2. Replied
  3. Closed won
  4. Closed lost

If you would like to create your own lead statuses, use the following steps:

  1. Open your Settings menu.                                                                           
  2. Select Lead Statuses from the Settings menu options on the left sidebar.
  3. To add a status, click Create Lead Status.
  4. Type in the desired status and click Save Status. 
  5. The Lead Status table displays all created statuses and their lead count (the number of leads that have this status, as updated on the lead contact page). 

Here are some example sets of lead statuses.

General Specific
  • Open
  • Replied
  • Lead Lost
  • Lead Won - Screen
  • Lead Won - Eval
  • Open 
  • First Call - Scheduled 
  • First Call - Voicemail 
  • Email - Scheduled 
  • Second Call - Scheduled 
  • Second Call - Voicemail Lead 
  • Lost Screen Won - Open 
  • Lead Won - Conversion
