Added Fields to Intake Medication List: On the digital patient intake, the current medications list on intakes has been updated to gather a more complete and accurate picture. Patients must now document the frequency and route of administration in addition to the existing medication name and dosage. Additional Reach Content Added to Accounts: To educate patients about the impact of the proposed 3.75% cuts to rehab therapy for 2022, an advocacy-focused Announcement has been added to Reach accounts (Path: Campaigns > Content > Announcements  > Fight the Cut 2022) that are capable of sending 1x workflows (Legacy Pro, Legacy Plus, Premium, Essentials, Enhanced). The goal of this content addition is to make it as easy as possible to encourage clinics, and ultimately patients, to take action on behalf of the industry. The Announcement call to action links to an  APTQI online form which allows patients to easily message their Congressional representatives, urging them to stop these cuts. Members may also make edits to the Announcement as they see fit, or  to send ( or schedule) the one time workflow.

Added Custom Send Times and One Time Workflows: Members now have greater control over when content is sent via Workflows with Custom Send Times! With Custom Send Times, Members can determine the exact time of send for a continuous workflow as well as exclude certain days and times—like weekends and holidays. Additionally, Members can schedule a workflow to you out at a certain date and time in the future. Members will be notified in-app with educational materials. Click here to learn more.

Added Send Rules and Send Restrictions: In order to limit the amount of content sent to patients, Members can now set thresholds on how often an individual can receive a piece of content during a specific time with Send Rules. Send Rules can be created within Announcements, Surveys, and Blog Posts. Click here to learn more.

Digital Patient Intake: Updated Date Picker Format: Patients are now able to enter date specific into the calendar using a calendar picker. Previously, it was required to scroll month by month into the past to select appropriate dates. This calendar picker makes it easier to enter dates using a drop down for month and year.

  • An issue was identified on November 3, 2021 that intermittently prevented newly created patients from matching to existing leads. This issue has been resolved and leads will be consistently matched to new patients.

Digital Patient Intake: Added Patient Print Option: A print option has been added to the patient consent and intake summary sections of Digital Patient Intake, allowing patients to print consent documents and completed intake summaries as needed.

  • Previously, when exporting leads from the Lead Index page in Reach, the exported information would contain all lead information instead of the filtered results. Expanded Ability to Create Patient Lists: Previously, Members were only able to create a patient list with diagnosis codes available in their current patient population.   • Previously, Members received an error message when they attempted to manually send text messages to a phone number with a leading or trailing space. This issue has been resolved, and Reach will automatically remove spaces to ensure text messages are sent without error. 
  • Previously, the Email Collection Percentage on the Reach Dashboard didn’t display an accurate percentage because of invalid email addresses. This issue has been resolved and the percentage will display with valid emails for patients created during the specified date range.

Added Auto-Update Lead Status to Closed Won: When a Lead is converted to a patient in the WebPT EMR, the Lead Status in Reach will automatically update to Closed Won. A conversion to Closed Won will occur when the lead becomes associated with a patient who has a new Initial Evaluation appointment within 45 days of the lead submission. Corrected and Improved User Download: Previously, Members received an error message when they attempted to download user data from the User Settings page (Path: Reach > Settings > User Settings). This issue has been resolved as well as improved to include User Details, User Access, and User Alert Settings in the User Download for Reach and the Home Exercise Program.

Updated Lead  Page: A Lead Source column has been added to the Lead page in order to provide more information about a lead. Additionally, the download list now contains the following information: Lead Submitted Date, Notes, Lead Owner, Lead Conversion Date.

  • Previously, when a patient created an account for the StriveHub Web Portal, the access code didn’t carry over to the access field and resulted in patients abandoning the sign-in process. This issue has been resolved and the access code will auto-populate into the access code field and allow the account to be created.

Added Languages to HEP: Therapists can now translate completed Care Plans to Hindi, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Tagalog, and Urdu in addition to the 14 existing options available in HEP.

Defects Corrected: 

  • Previously, communication sent to Leads from Reach only referenced company level information and caused content to not send as expected. Now, messaging to Leads will reference the Lead’s Preferred Facility. If no Preferred Facility exists, messaging will reference the facility information of the patient associated to the Lead. If no Preferred Facility was identified and the Lead is not associated with a patient, messaging from Reach will reference company branding and information.

Added Account Settings to Reach Intake: Previously, account settings were not visible to Members using the Reach Intake product. Now, Members with Reach Intake can access and update their Reach account setting directly in the Reach Intake application.

Added Case Selector to Manual Intake Send: When Digital Patient Intake forms were manually sent from Reach, Members could only choose the current case associated with the patient. Members can now choose from a list of cases associated with the patient to ensure the information is linked to the appropriate case in the WebPT EMR. Added Intake Only Access for Clerical Users: In order for clerical users to access patient intake information, they can now access Reach with Intake Only access using their WebPT EMR login and password. Please note: Clerical users will not see the Reach icon in the EMR and can access Reach via https://prm.webpt.com or https://reach.webpt.com. Click here to learn more about changing user settings. 

Added Intake Status: Previously, Members could only see when a patient completed their Digital Patient Intake. Now, the intake status of Sent, In Progress, or Completed will show on the Patient Intake Dashboard and Patient Details page. Additionally, Members can view a PDF of the patient's intake information directly from the Patient Details page. 

Added Patients Tab on Intake Dashboard: The Patients tab, which includes details for all patients that have been sent an intake form, is now the primary view when the Patient Intake Dashboard is loaded.

Added Filter by Initial Evaluation: In order for Members to better manage patient intake status for current, upcoming, and past patients, they can now filter results by patients Initial Evaluation date on the Patient Intake Dashboard.

    • Members can now embed videos on their landing pages by entering a valid video URL into the video block inside of the landing page editor.
  • Free Text Option for Match Strings:
    • Previously, users could only select match names that corresponded with existing data from the Member's EMR. Now, users can add free text match strings for facilities and therapists to make associations to incoming therapist and facility data from EMR before their EMR data is present in Reach.

  • Fixed an issue where image and website info wasn’t saving for facilities in user settings. 
  • Updated fields that are included in patient downloads for Lists and Workflow recipients with Next Appointment Date, Visit Number, Last Visit Date, Body Part, and ICD-10 Code for more comprehensive reporting.
  • Fixed an issue where the Landing Page Show page patient table download was showing “physician” (instead of the external ID) in the external ID column.
  • Improved the Patient Portal Account Creation Error Message when patients try to create an account with an email that is already tied to an existing account. 
  • Fixed an issue where Landing Page forms weren’t rendering properly in Edge internet browser. The issue has been resolved.

  • Workflows: Who and What are Now Clickable: 
    • Upon clicking on the Who and What sections on the details tab of a Workflow details page, the Member will be taken to the corresponding list and content. This provides Members with an easy way to access lists and content from within a workflow instead of having to navigate to them separately. 
  • EMR ID on Patient Contact Record Page: 
    • The EMR ID now displays on the left-hand side of a patient’s contact record page so that all pertinent patient information is now visible in one place. 
  • “Upload File” Button Updated: 
    • On both the Patient and Lead Import pages, it was unclear which of the two “Upload File” buttons should be clicked to select the file to be uploaded. The button verbiage on both pages has been changed from “Upload File” to “Choose File” to prevent further confusion. Click here for a screenshot.
  • Open New Workflows in a New Tab: 
    • Users can now right-click on Continuous Workflow (or One-time Workflow) from the Create Workflow drop-down button to open a new workflow in a new tab.

Defects Corrected

  • Apostrophes didn’t weren’t displaying properly in text messages. They are now displaying properly. 
  • NPS Export Raw Data exported incorrect location for patients. The export now displays the location of the patient at the time the survey was submitted. 
  • Preferred Provider and Preferred Facility didn’t display any values in lead lists. They are now populating correctly. 
  • List filters didn’t display properly when name was longer than field. Now if users hover over a field on a list property field, they will see a tooltip that shows the entire name. 
  • Bullets and numbered lists didn’t display on landing pages. They are now displaying properly. 
  • Users were unable to save a Provider when editing. They are now able to. 
  • Download fields were missing for lists and workflow recipients. Facility, Primary Therapist, EMR ID, and Patient ID are now included in the download.
