First Login Process

You have recently been invited to join your practice's Reach platform! There are a few things you should know as you complete your setup process.

Account Setup

1. Check your inbox for an email from Reach Support (reach@webpt.com). 
2. Once you open the email, click the Sign Up for WebPT Reach button. Please note: this link expires within 7 days. If the link expires, let your onboarding specialist [or your practice's point of contact] know and you will be sent a new invite link.  
   
3. The button will direct you to the password creation page. Enter your password in both fields.   
4. Once you have entered your password, click the Set My Password button. The system will log you into your company's Reach platform.
   
5. Going forward, you can log into Reach from this link: https://reach.webpt.com/ You might want to bookmark it!

Note: If you were not able to successfully log into Reach or receive an error message of any kind, please reach out to your Onboarding Specialist or your practice's point of contact.
