User Roles and Permissions

Reach allows you to easily customize permissions for each user. Because our permission sets have three separate drop-downs: Role, Reach Access, and NPS Access, you can intentionally segment what your users can do and see. 

Want a user to only be able to see NPS scores for their clinic? Select Role: User, Reach Access: NPS Only, NPS Access: My Facility NPS. When the user logs in, they’ll see the NPS Summary page that only contain information for patients at their facility. This way you can provide only the information they need to focus on.
